How do I add my prescription?
After placing your order, send your prescription via WhatsApp. You can share a photo of your
prescription or the values (SPH, CYL, AXIS, etc.). Our team will verify and confirm before
processing.
What types of lenses do you offer?
We offer Single Vision (1.56, 1.61, 1.67, 1.74), Progressive/Varifocal, Bifocal, and
specialty lenses like BlueCut, Photochromic, and Anti-Glare coatings.
What is BlueCut / Blue Light Blocking?
BlueCut lenses filter harmful blue light emitted from digital screens. They reduce eye
strain, improve sleep quality, and are recommended for anyone who spends 3+ hours daily on
computers or phones.

We offer 14-day hassle-free returns on frames. Custom prescription lenses are non-returnable

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will
be credited to your original payment method.
